Ingredients

  • 3 Bananas ripe
  • 1/4 Cup Raw Walnuts or other Raw Nuts
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 2 Cups Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 Cup Spinach or other mild-tasting green

Instructions

  • Place chopped fruit in blender, add water, and blend until smooth.
